What I liked most about the office is that I didn't feel like I was at a "Doctor" or "Dentist" office. I felt like I was at a nice spa. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Everyone was so friendly. The office is beautiful and every effort has been made to provide patient comfort during visits. These include various treats such as coffee, tea, T.V, massage pads & even throws to keep us "old ladies" warm. The staff is friendly and caring and everyone, including Dr. Jackson himself, is concerned with the patient's comfort and their dental results. I am very happy with all of the dental work I have had done by Dr. Jackson and just wish I had found him 15 years ago. He makes suggestions and recommendations but never tries to coerce a patient into treatment the patient may not want or afford. Having always had dental problems, I developed a great fear of going to the dentist. A family friend told me about Jackson Smile Studio. After seven years of neglecting my teeth, I decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! From the time I walked into the office until I left, I felt very at ease. If I can do it, anyone can! Nicole, the new patient coordinator, explained everything before it was done. I asked a lot of questions and she explained in a way that I could understand (without having a medical degree)! I FELT NO PAIN! Carol, the hygienist, was very gentle and showed me the proper flossing technique that I was unaware I could do with bridgework. I live in Raleigh, NC and traveled four hours for my appointment.
